Chester County's Electronic Public Information System
ChescoPIN is a computerized information and communication tool designed to assist you in accessing certain public records available through the Chester County Courthouse. As an initiative of the Chester County Board of Commissioners and the county's Department of Computing and Information Services, ChescoPIN is available on a fee basis for users across the county, state and country.
Fee Schedule:
$50.00 one-time subscription application fee, billed immediately.
$10.00 for up to 100 transactions, and $0.10 per additional transaction per month based on usage.
Only the following departments have information in this system.
Prothonotary
Real Estate
Tax Claim
Sheriff Civil Service
