What is ChescoPIN? |

- ChescoPIN is a computerized information and communication tool designed to
assist you in accessing certain public records available through the Chester
County Courthouse.
- As an initiative of the Chester County Board of Commissioners and the county's
Department of Computing and Information Services, ChescoPIN is available on a
fee basis for users across the county, state and country.

- ChescoPIN gives you quick and easy access to valuable information.
- ChescoPIN is a time saver: Fewer trips to the courthouse and no more waiting in
line.
- ChescoPIN allows you to get the information you need, when you need it.
- As a ChescoPIN user, you can obtain thousands of items of information about civil
cases, real estate records and statistics, tax lien records, etc., by accessing
the county's live databases.
- As the system grows, it will mature with input from the users.

Do I need special equipment to access ChescoPIN? |
|

|
|

How do I become a ChescoPIN user? |
|
|
|
|
|
- First, you must become a registered user of ChescoPIN.
- To become a registered user of ChescoPIN you must complete an online application located in the registration screen of the ChescoPIN System. This process includes entering your CREDIT CARD INFORMATION (Visa or MasterCard only) and accepting the ONE-TIME $50.00 REGISTRATION FEE. For more details on how to register, click here.
- ChescoPIN users are CHARGED A minimum monthly USAGE FEE of $10.00 for months where actual usage occurs. This minimum allows up to 100 searches. Anything over that is $0.10 per search. This is billed on a MONTHLY basis.
- Free access is available at any Chester County Library.
- Once you have registered, you will be granted access to the ChescoPIN system through your username and password specified during registration. Access takes effect immediately.

How do I change my password: |
|

|
- After you login to ChescoPIN, you may change your password at any time by clicking the 'Account Info' button and then clicking 'Change Password'.

How do I change my Credit Card Information? |
|
|
- After you login to ChescoPIN, you may change your credit card information by
clicking the ‘Account Info’ button and then clicking ‘Update Billing Info’. You
must then enter the last four digits and expiration date of the credit card on
file in the system and save it before you can go back and enter/update your
information. If you no longer have access to the card information on file,
please contact the ChescoPIN Support Analyst at epinadmin@chesco.org.

- Yes, multiple users can use your account simultaneously.
